Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or Los Angeles County, California, if you are outside the United States).
Repeat infringers
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
